The Firm Cheese Knife set includes a semi-hard cheese knife, a cheese cleaver and a gift box with magnetic flap. The semi-hard cheese knife is designed for cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano, Cheddar, Grana Padano, and others. The cheese cleaver is intended for cutting the hardest cheeses, like Parmesan, Pecorino and Provolone, and also for slicing small charcuteries.
Knives are full size. Lengths are 9-1/2” and 7-1/2”, respectively. Blades are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, which is strong and ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of stainless steel type 430, which is decorative, and corrosion resistant. Blade thickness is 1.5mm. Knives are dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended after washing. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
